Despite the change in the weather this week, our builders have continued to make good progress. Early in the week, the internal block walls were up to window cill (or is it sill?) level, and the external brick walls to this level were also partly completed.
But then it started raining; so Conrad took the opportunity to do as much of the sub-surface drainage works as he could.
The plan for the week coming is to continue on with the walls, but although the weather forecast is better, it’s still not great – so fingers crossed!
