Weaverham hall hire

Our Hall is available for private hire when not in use by the Group, and we offer discounted rates for charities or not-for-profit organisations. The hall is 6m x 15m (20′ x 50′), and we also have a separate 4m (13′) square meeting room with wireless broadband, a fully fitted kitchen including professional 6-burner oven and high speed dishwasher, and facilities for those with disabilities.

We also have a 120-piece white china crockery service and cutlery which is available for short term hire.

All hires are subject to the following three overriding conditions:

  1. any breakages or damage must be paid for: hirers may wish to consider taking out appropriate insurance if necessary.
  2. everything is to be left as clean as it was found, and we reserve the right to impose cleaning charges if necessary.
  3. the rates given below are expected to cover most eventualities, but we reserve to right to amend these figures for unusual or unforeseen circumstances.

Hirers will be asked to sign a simple agreement, attached here Agreement and Conditions of Hire 22 as a Word document. In addition, all users must agree to leave the Hall in a clean and safe condition, ready for the next user.

Hire rates from 1 January 2023 are as follows:
