Due to the increasing waiting list for Beavers we have taken the decision to increase the size of our colony. We have now increased our membership to the maximum that we are allowed of 24.
As a result we have been able to invite 5 young people from our waiting list to enjoy the fun and friendship that is Beaver Scouting.
We have also introduced another lodge. We have added Oak Lodge, to the existing Beech, Ash, Chestnut and Cedar lodges. Sounds a bit like an advert for holiday accommodation doesn’t it – come to think of it, log cabins would make brilliant places for a nights away experience!
